Job Summary:
Works with other installers and independently, in the completion of installations and service calls. Responsible for timely completion of daily tasks, pictures, and notes.

Develop and maintain proficiency in the following areas:
Key Job Responsibilities: Boldened items are the most critical.
¨ Leadership: Lead jobs- ability to lead, train & follow-up. Minimum project manager oversight needed.
¨ Knowledge: Advanced knowledge on all Low Voltage systems.
¨ Network: Advanced configuration and troubleshooting mastery. Deep understanding of topology and interactions between components.
¨ Programming with or without Integration to Control4 or Alarm.com. Complete a C4/OvrC takeover knowledgably.
a. CCTV Systems Advanced Systems

c. Audio setups Advanced Systems
d. Video systems: televisions & related equipment, projectors
e. Access Control systems
f. Shade wiring and troubleshooting
g. Lighting: Lutron & C4
¨ Sales: Is able to make educated suggestions to the customer coupled with convincing reasoning. Seizes these opportunities. Does not oversell. Builds detailed proposals that are technologically feasible and follow HT Best Practice for Proper Proposals.
- ¨ Certifications: PCNA & Control4 Programmer is required.

Minimum Job Requirements:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills

- Assist in training and evaluation of up to Senior level technicians
- Excellent skills with desktop and mobile computing
- Clean driving record and background check
- Minimum of 5 years’ field experience
