We are seeking a detail-oriented Records Digitization Specialist to support a document imaging and records management project. This role involves preparing documents for scanning, reviewing scanned files for accuracy, indexing records, and maintaining organized electronic files.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and organize documents for scanning.
- Scan and digitize records following established procedures.
- Review scanned images to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Index and upload records into a document management system.
- Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive documents.
- Meet productivity and quality standards.
Requirements
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- 0–2 years of experience in data entry, document processing, records management, administrative support, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic computer and data entry proficiency.
- Ability to lift and move records boxes as needed.
Preferred
- Experience with document scanning, records management, or electronic document systems.
- Previous experience in a high-volume administrative or records environment.
