Requirements
- 3 or more years of experience in enterprise software engineering and legacy platform modernization.
- Proficiency in .NET C# architecture and RESTful API development.
- Experience with SQL Server, T-SQL, and Entity Framework or Dapper.
- Experience in reverse engineering CA Plex or similar model-driven 4GL environments.
- Experience with Azure DevOps, Git-based source control, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with Power BI reporting and DAX programming.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Refactor legacy 4GL business logic into scalable .NET C# service-oriented architectures.
- Design and implement secure RESTful APIs utilizing JWT and OAuth2 authentication.
- Analyze complex CA Plex models and generated code to document system dependencies.
- Develop data-driven applications and interactive Power BI dashboards for judicial users.
- Execute phased migration strategies to transition legacy components into modular service layers.
- Integrate internal systems with external law enforcement and governmental agency platforms.
- Manage automated testing and coding standards within Git-based version control environments.
