Position Title: Full-Time Office Administrator & HR Support
Location: Onsite Marlborough, MA
Schedule: Monday to Friday | 8:30 AM 5:30 PM EST
Employment Type: Full-Time | Onsite Only

Position Summary:
This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment, supporting administrative and HR-related tasks essential to the organization's smooth functioning.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with HR onboarding processes, including document collection, recordkeeping, and compliance tracking
  • Send HR memos, updates, and policy communications to employees as directed
  • Follow up with employees and managers on timesheet submissions and ensure timely reporting
  • Coordinate calendar schedules, internal documentation, and data entry
  • Maintain and update employee files and support internal reporting
  • Support the team with the recruitment department to manage the vendor contracts
  • Perform general administrative tasks to support HR and operational teams
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in an administrative or HR support role
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Professional demeanor and ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Clear communication skills and attention to detail
