Requirements
- 2 or more years of experience in enterprise PC deployment and hardware refresh projects.
- Proficiency in Windows 11 operating system imaging and configuration.
- Experience with SCCM and Intune for automated OS and software deployment.
- Experience with ServiceNow for IT asset management and inventory tracking.
- Experience in unboxing, staging, and organizing high-volume desktop and laptop hardware.
- Experience with hardware decommissioning and legacy equipment processing.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Apply Windows 11 OS images using SCCM and Microsoft Intune platforms.
- Execute hardware deployments for desktops, laptops, and peripheral accessories.
- Update and maintain technical asset records within the ServiceNow database.
- Perform software installations and configurations in a Windows 11 environment.
- Manage inventory organization and unboxing of enterprise computing equipment.
- Decommission and stage legacy hardware for disposal or recycling.
- Coordinate deployment tasks according to established technical standards and schedules.
