About the Role
We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Inbound/Outbound Clerk to join our team and support daily warehouse operations with accuracy, efficiency, and professionalism.
Hourly Rate
Starting $18.00
Responsibilities
- Perform daily data entry of inbound and outbound shipments into Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Prepare and verify shipping/receiving documents, including BOL, packing lists, invoices, and customs paperwork.
- Maintain accurate inventory records; assist with cycle counts and stock reconciliation.
- Communicate with warehouse staff, supervisors, and customers regarding order status and discrepancies.
- Generate reports on shipments, inventory, and warehouse activity as required.
- Coordinate with carriers, vendors, and 3PL partners to ensure smooth flow of goods.
- Assist with filing, document scanning, and maintaining organized records.
- Provide administrative support to warehouse management as needed.
- Monitor , correct and confirm mixed boxes and pallets
- Daily Labeling & Relabeling tasks
Experience & Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree in logistics or business preferred.
- 1–2 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or 3PL industry preferred.
- Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Microsoft Excel, and data entry.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
- Team-oriented with a proactive and problem-solving attitude.
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Prior experience in overseas warehouse operations is preferred
- Spanish Bilingual Required
Work Schedule:
- Full-time; 8:00am – 5:00pm, Sundays if needed
- Weekend or overtime availability may be required depending on volume
