Smart Style Hair Salons, owned and operated by DKAP Enterprises in Corinth, MS, has twenty Smart Style Hair Salons inside Walmart Supercenters.
We are looking for friends to join our location in Kennett, MO. This is a great chance to demonstrate your hair styling abilities and management capabilities for an established salon with tremendous clientele. Join a team you have dreamed about or work for a salon owner that becomes your friend.

Responsibilities:
- Manage daily salon operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and customer service.
- Oversee retail sales and ensure targets are met.
- Provide guidance and mentoring to salon staff.
- Ensure high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Train staff on retail math principles and upselling techniques.
- Handle front desk duties, including greeting customers, answering phone calls, and managing appointments.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in hair styling.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Salon Manager or similar role in the beauty industry.
- In-depth knowledge of hair styling.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and motivate a team.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Proficient in retail math principles for sales tracking and inventory management.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required.
