Your Day-to-Day:

As a Daycare Teacher, you’ll help nurture and guide young learners through meaningful, play-based experiences. You'll create a safe, loving space where children can grow socially, emotionally, and academically.

What You’ll Do:

• Create and implement engaging lesson plans that promote learning through play
• Build positive, nurturing relationships with children and families
• Encourage children’s growth in motor skills, language, problem-solving, and creativity
• Foster a clean, organized, and safe classroom environment
• Track and communicate children’s developmental milestones
• Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and team members
• Use positive behavior strategies to guide children’s social-emotional development

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in childcare, nannying, or early childhood education preferred
• Knowledge of preschool curriculum & child development
• Warm, patient, and enthusiastic personality
• Strong communication & teamwork skills
• Ability to build trust with children and families
• Must be dependable and committed to providing excellent care
