Role Overview
We are hiring an Enterprise Software Sales Closer responsible for both generating leads and closing high-value enterprise software deals. This role involves identifying qualified prospects, initiating conversations, and converting them into enterprise clients.
This is a commission-only role designed for experienced enterprise sales professionals who can independently generate pipeline and close large deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate qualified enterprise leads through outbound prospecting
- Identify and connect with decision-makers (CEOs, Directors, Operations Heads)
- Conduct discovery calls and close enterprise software deals
- Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
- Present software solutions and demonstrate business value
- Follow up and maintain strong pipeline
- Drive consistent revenue through enterprise client acquisition
Requirements
- Proven experience in enterprise software sales
- Experience with outbound lead generation (LinkedIn, cold email, outreach, networking)
- Strong closing and negotiation skills
- Experience selling SaaS, software, or IT solutions
- Ability to work independently and generate your own pipeline
- Highly proactive and results-driven
Compensation
- Commission Only – No cap
- High commission per enterprise deal
- Expected earnings: $5000 – $100,000 per year based on performance
- Unlimited earning potential
