Your Mission
As a High Ticket Patient Consultant, you are the bridge between a patient's goals and their transformation. Your mission is to build trust, educate patients on the best treatment options, and confidently guide them toward investing in personalized treatment plans that deliver exceptional results.
You are not simply selling services—you are helping patients make informed decisions that improve their confidence, health, and quality of life.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Conversion & Sales
- Own the complete sales process from initial inquiry through treatment enrollment.
- Respond promptly to leads generated through digital marketing, social media, referrals, and inbound inquiries.
- Conduct high-level consultations to identify patient goals, concerns, motivations, and budget.
- Present customized treatment plans with confidence, emphasizing value, outcomes, and long-term benefits.
- Close high-ticket facial rejuvenation, injectables, skin health, regenerative, longevity, and wellness treatment plans.
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales and conversion goals.
Patient Experience
- Build genuine relationships based on trust, education, and personalized recommendations.
- Address objections professionally while maintaining a patient-first approach.
- Deliver a luxury consultation experience aligned with the Medilight brand.
- Maintain proactive follow-up with prospective patients until a decision is reached.
- Encourage long-term treatment adherence and membership enrollment.
Collaboration & Operations
- Coordinate seamlessly with providers, nurse practitioners, estheticians, and front desk to ensure an exceptional patient journey.
- Maintain accurate CRM documentation, notes, and pipeline management.
- Track consultations, conversions, average ticket value, and follow-up activities.
- Participate in daily sales meetings, coaching sessions, and ongoing training.
Success Metrics (KPIs)

Qualifications
- Proven experience closing high-ticket sales ($2,000 preferred).
- Experience in aesthetic medicine, luxury services, wellness, medical spas, or healthcare is highly preferred.
- Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent objection handling and negotiation abilities.
- Highly organized with strong CRM and pipeline management experience.
- Results-oriented mindset with a passion for exceeding goals.
- Exceptional communication and emotional intelligence.
- Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
