Role Snapshot
We are seeking a Senior Accountant with strong experience in month-end close, financial analysis, and ERP-based accounting environments. This role partners directly with the CFO and plays a key role in improving financial reporting, strengthening processes, and supporting the company’s growth.
The position offers meaningful ownership of the accounting close cycle, involvement in financial analysis, and the opportunity to help build scalable systems in a growing multi-entity organization.
Key Responsibilities
Accounting & Close
• Lead and continuously improve the month-end close process
• Prepare journal entries, accruals, and account reconciliations
• Maintain balance sheet integrity and investigate variances
• Reconcile payroll, commissions, and related liabilities
• Support audits, tax preparation, and external reporting
Financial Analysis & Decision Support
• Analyze revenue, margin, and profitability by service line
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and budget-to-actual analysis
• Validate commission calculations and assist with quarterly commission statements
• Develop financial models, schedules, and management reporting
• Identify financial trends and operational inefficiencies and provide insights to leadership
Systems & Process Improvement
• Work extensively in Acumatica ERP, Excel, and Velixo
• Identify opportunities to streamline close, reporting, and analysis workflows
• Build scalable reporting frameworks to support multi-entity growth
• Improve documentation, internal controls, and repeatable accounting processes

• Reporting processes in Acumatica and Velixo become scalable and repeatable
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Progressive accounting experience with hands-on month-end close ownership
• CPA preferred but not required
• Strong Excel skills including advanced formulas and financial modeling
• ERP experience required; Acumatica or Velixo experience strongly preferred
• Ability to improve processes, strengthen financial infrastructure, and support operational decision making

Compensation & Benefits
Salary: $85,000 – $95,000 base salary
