Position Skills and Experience That Will Make You the Perfect Fit
Smart Retract spends a significant amount of time with personnel development and training, and we look at this as one of the best investments we can make for our team. We will provide full training and coaching on the skills and knowledge needed with our products and business processes. While we don’t expect you to have any experience in our business, the best candidate for this position will bring with them the following skills and experience. Don’t worry – if you have a few gaps, we’ll help you.
- Two years or more experience in email and telephone customer service
- Have benefitted from a sales training course
- Inside sales experience
- Strong experience with selling and marketing products online using digital tools and online media to drive traffic and conversions
- Familiar with basic home construction and tools to be able to communicate or connect messaging with customers regarding our products and installations
- Proficient with using Microsoft Office applications
- Familiarity with AI tools to assist with productivity
- Highly organized, with the ability to simplify complicated issues into smaller manageable components to successfully solve problems
- Sees problems as opportunities rather than roadblocks
- Universal focus on quality and understanding of how it helps productivity
- Ability to see tasks as processes and visualize improvements to those processes
- Smooth and fluent presentation and communication skills
- Strong verbal, typing, and written skills
- Able to handle challenging situations calmly and in control
- Ambitious and willing to take on challenges
- Growing in the role and assisting others on our team with coaching, cross-training, and other team building and leadership contributions
