Schedule: 12-hour shifts (Day & Night available)
Job Overview:
We are currently seeking a compassionate and dependable Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care, assist with daily living activities, and support nursing staff in delivering excellent care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist patients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, and mobility
- Monitor and record vital signs (temperature, blood pressure, pulse, respiration)
- Provide emotional support and companionship to patients
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable patient environment
- Report any changes in patient condition to the nursing team
- Follow facility policies and healthcare regulations
Requirements:
- Active NH LNA License
- BLS Certification preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts (day/night)
- Prior experience in healthcare settings preferred
