Job Type: Full Time


Required Experience

  • 10 years in technical project management or delivery leadership.
  • 5 years working directly with IBM Mainframe environments.
  • 5 years working directly with .NET platforms and applications.
  • Proven experience managing projects that span both Mainframe and .NET.
  • Demonstrated experience communicating with and presenting to CXO-level stakeholdholders.
  • Strong background in stakeholdholder management, negotiation, and executive reporting.
  • Banking or other regulated industry experience, and daily use of AI coding assistants such as GitHub Copilot.
  • Experience managing distributed, cross-functional, and possibly global teams.
