Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Software Engineer with strong programming experience in C#, Java, and/or C . The role involves software development, technical implementations, production support, troubleshooting, and customer interaction. The ideal candidate should have strong SDLC knowledge, analytical skills, and the ability to communicate technical issues effectively to both technical and business users.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, debug, and maintain applications using C#, Java, and/or C .
- Participate in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Perform requirements analysis, software design, coding, debugging, testing, deployment, and support.
- Conduct code analysis, software reviews, and identify code quality and performance improvements.
- Analyze system risks, software reliability, and code metrics.
- Provide technical design and development expertise for customer implementations and deployments.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide technical support.
- Work directly with customers to understand requirements and resolve technical issues.
- Communicate technical issues clearly and effectively to technical and business users.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on software development and deployment activities.
- Deliver professional services while maintaining high technical and customer service standards.
Required Skills
- 3 years of software development experience.
- Strong hands-on programming experience with C#, Java, and/or C .
- Strong understanding of SDLC.
- Experience in software design, development, debugging, and troubleshooting.
- Experience as a Software Engineer, Solutions Engineer, or similar technical role.
- Knowledge of code analysis, requirements analysis, software reviews, and code metrics.
- Understanding of system risk analysis and software reliability.
- Strong production support and troubleshooting experience.
- Excellent communication and customer interaction skills.
Preferred Skills
- Azure knowledge or experience.
- Customer implementation and technical deployment experience.
- Professional Services experience.
- Experience working in customer-facing technical environments.
