Role Summary:

We are looking for an experienced 3DX PLM Support Engineer with strong expertise in 3DEXPERIENCE/ENOVIA, CATIA, and DELMIA for L2/L3 production support.

💼 Key Responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 support for 3DEXPERIENCE PLM applications and integrations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production incidents, user issues, and system defects.
• Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement preventive measures.
• Support EBOM, MBOM, Change Management, Configuration Management, and Product Structures.
• Support Parts, Documents, CAD data, Change Actions, and PLM workflows.
• Troubleshoot integrations with ERP, MES, SCM, SAP, Teamcenter, and downstream systems.
• Analyze logs, APIs, and integration failures; perform data validation and reconciliation.
• Support user access, roles, licenses, security configurations, upgrades, patches, and deployments.
• Manage incidents, service requests, problems, and changes following ITIL processes.

⭐ Preferred

• Automotive / Manufacturing industry experience
• CAD integrations – CATIA, NX, Creo
• SAP integration experience
• Teamcenter-to-3DX migration/coexistence
• Cloud / DevOps exposure
• Scripting – Java, TCL, JavaScript, or Python
• ITIL certification
