Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead stakeholder engagement initiatives to foster collaboration and support across all project phases.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans including timelines milestones and resource allocation.
• Monitor and control project financials ensuring projects are delivered within budget and financial goals are met Implement robust risk and crisis management frameworks to address potential challenges promptly.
• Oversee project governance structures ensuring accountability transparency and effective decision making.
• Facilitate benefits management processes to track and realize project value postimplementation.
• Coordinate schedule management activities to ensure timely delivery of project deliverables.
• Act as a principal advisor to senior leadership on project status risks and strategic decisions.

Required Skills Qualifications

• Experience Proven experience in project management specifically in transition migration or change management.
• Methodologies Strong knowledge of ITIL Agile SDLC or ServiceNow governance.
• Soft Skills Excellent communication negotiation and leadership skills to manage cross functional teams.
• Technical Skills Proficiency in project management tools eg MS Project Jira.
