Role: MongoDB Developer
Location: Hartford CT

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement MongoDB schemas, collections, indexes, and aggregation pipelines.
- Develop and optimize queries and data models for performance and scalability.
- Build and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines integrating MongoDB with APIs, microservices, and external systems.
- Implement MongoDB Atlas and replica sets/sharding for high availability and distributed data management.
- Collaborate with developers to integrate MongoDB with Java, Node.js, Python, or Spring Boot applications.
- Design and implement real-time streaming solutions with Kafka, Spark, or similar technologies.
- Manage and monitor database performance, backup, restore, and disaster recovery strategies.
- Ensure data security, authentication/authorization (SCRAM, LDAP, Kerberos), and compliance in MongoDB solutions.
- Work closely with DevOps teams to implement CI/CD pipelines for database deployments using Docker/Kubernetes.
- Provide production support, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis for MongoDB-related issues.
