Low Voltage Tech Security/Access Control Specialist (Experienced Only)

About the role (This is not a starter or training opportunity! Only experienced LV Techs resumes will be considered)

We're looking for a skilled, experienced low voltage technician to join our growing team in Hatfield PA. You'll be responsible for the installation, configuration, and service of commercial security camera systems and access control systems. If you're someone who takes pride in clean installs, strong troubleshooting, and delivering reliable security solutions to clients — we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Install and terminate IP and analog CCTV / security camera systems
• Install and program access control systems (card readers, keypads, door hardware)
• Pull and route low voltage cabling (Cat6, coax, RS485, etc.)
• Commission and configure NVR / DVR systems and access control software
• Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and service calls
• Read and follow electrical diagrams and project blueprints
• Maintain a clean, professional worksite at all times
• Coordinate with project managers and other trades on job sites

Requirements

• 2 years hands-on experience with security camera and access control installation
• Proficiency with IP camera systems and NVR/VMS platforms
• Experience with access control brands (Lenel, Honeywell, Genetec, HID, or similar)
• Ability to crimp, terminate, and test low voltage cabling
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record
• Ability to work independently and manage time on job sites
• Comfortable working at heights (ladders, lifts)
• Work during normal business hours. ( There may be projects that require some night or overnight work)
