Call Center Representative - Medical Provider Claims Support
Smart Data Solutions, a leading provider of data management, claim routing and workflow solutions to health plans and TPAs, is looking for Call Center Representatives to join our team!
What you’ll be doing?
- Answer incoming provider calls and assist them with questions regarding claim status and other billing concerns.
- Thoroughly document all provider interactions
- Maintain departmental KPI’s, as defined by the Call Center Manager
- Maintain or exceed all departmental and/or campaign SLA’s
- Adhere to all corporate mandatory trainings, privacy and security protocols, time entry requirements, attendance and leave time policies and guidelines.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
What we’re looking for?
Required skills:
- High school diploma or GED
- Health insurance background (preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of call center experience (required)
