- Prepare and issue customer invoices
- Verify billing data (volumes, rates, taxes, adjustments)
- Resolve billing discrepancies and respond to customer inquiries
- Maintain accurate billing records
- Assist with month-end billing activities
Qualifications:
- 1–3 years of billing or accounting experience (Oil & Gas preferred)
- Knowledge of Oil & Gas billing practices
- Proficiency in Excel and billing/accounting systems
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
