Urgently hiring for Carpet Cleaning Primary Operator.
We do carpet cleaning but we don't have a traditional method, it's much easier. No hoses or hot water. We are seeking motivated individuals to join our Smart Team! We strongly believe in getting paid more if you do more. If you share this value, we want to talk to you.
Responsibilities:
- Perform carpet cleaning services in both residential and commercial settings using our proprietary low moisture method
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
- Drive company-provided work vehicle to job sites
Requirements:
- Valid Driver's License
- Must be able to pass a drug and background check
- Infrequent evening or weekend work may be needed
Compensation and Benefits:
- No experience required; 30-day paid $20/hr training program.
- Hourly wage of $22 OR elective performance-based compensation for Primary Operators. Full time leads to $3,000-$5,000/month
- Tips and bonuses available
- Health savings account. Additional $400-$600/month.
