Required Qualifications
- 8 years of Business Analyst experience.
- 5 years of Project Management experience leading cross-functional technology projects in large enterprise environments.
- Strong experience working with client-facing teams, implementation projects, and product management.
- Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and priorities.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working with onshore and offshore teams.
- Strong understanding of project governance, risk management, and issue resolution.
- Excellent written, verbal, and executive-level communication skills.
- Strong presentation and stakeholder management skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead assigned projects and programs from planning through successful delivery.
- Gather, analyze, and define business and technical requirements.
- Drive process improvements by leveraging historical data and best practices.
- Provide regular project status updates to sponsors, leadership, and stakeholders.
- Coordinate with business, technology, and cross-functional teams to deliver project objectives.
