Job Summary
A Boost Mobile Sales Representative is responsible for assisting customers with wireless products and services, driving sales, providing excellent customer service, and meeting store performance goals. The role involves selling mobile phones, accessories, plans, upgrades, and related services while maintaining a positive in-store experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Promote and sell Boost Mobile phones, plans, accessories, and services
- Perform activations, upgrades, migrations, and account troubleshooting
- Educate customers on current promotions, features, and device benefits
- Meet or exceed daily and monthly sales targets
- Maintain strong knowledge of Boost Mobile products and wireless technology
- Handle cash transactions and operate POS systems accurately
- Maintain store cleanliness, merchandising, and inventory organisation
- Resolve customer concerns and provide excellent customer support
- Follow company policies, procedures, and compliance standards
Required Skills & Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous retail or wireless sales experience is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment
- Goal-oriented with a positive attitude
- Basic computer and smartphone knowledge
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in wireless retail sales
- Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) preferred
- Experience with upselling accessories and protection plans
- Customer service experience in retail environments
