What You’ll Do:
- Assist with obtaining electrical and low-voltage permits in accordance with jurisdictional requirements
- Coordinate material takeoffs from field teams and communicate with vendors for pricing and procurement
- Work with Project Managers to gather equipment lists and secure competitive pricing
- Request and compile installation, operation, and maintenance manuals for project equipment
- Maintain organized electronic job folders, including scanning and uploading documentation
- Prepare project closeout packages including O&Ms, as-builts, warranties, startup documentation, and reports
- Support project billing processes following Project Manager approval
- Develop and maintain weekly team schedules based on input from Project Managers
- Provide general administrative and project support as needed
- Perform additional duties as assigned
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Ability to remain professional and composed in high-pressure situations
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and general computer applications
- Basic understanding of project coordination, cost tracking, or estimating is a plus
- Experience in construction, electrical, HVAC, or building systems industries preferred

- Base Pay: $50k - $65k - Commensurate with experience. This range represents a general guideline; however, several factors are considered when determining base pay offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills, and current market conditions.
