Job Overview
Levolux is seeking a Project Coordinator to support the successful execution of high-end façade projects. This role plays a key part in coordinating information, tracking project details, and supporting the Project Manager through all phases of construction—from preconstruction through closeout.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage the flow of information between Customers, design teams, PMs, and vendors
- Maintain and update all project data within Smartsheet project management software
- Assist with the buyout process, including purchase orders and material purchase agreements
- Lead procurement, tracking, and organization of building materials, fixtures, and supplies
- Upload and manage drawing sets; track revisions and distribute updates
- Draft and process owner and subcontractor change orders as required
- Track invoices, cost coding, budgets, and schedules
- Support Project Managers on daily project needs
- Prepare and distribute meeting agendas and minutes
- Assist with project closeout, punch lists, and closeout documentation
Required Skills & Qualifications
Construction & Project Fundamentals
- Basic understanding of commercial construction phases
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and scopes of work
- Familiarity with subcontractor coordination and sequencing
- Working knowledge of change orders, RFIs, submittals, and punch lists
Organization & Administration
- Strong document control skills (drawings, contracts, proposals, change orders)
- Ability to support scheduling and milestone tracking
- Basic cost tracking experience (budgets, PO logs, invoices)
- Proficiency in Bluebeam, Microsoft Excel, Word, and professional email communication
Communication
- Clear, professional communication with subcontractors, vendors, clients, and internal teams
- Strong written communication for emails, logs, and meeting notes
- Ability to follow up independently and keep tasks moving forward
Problem Solving & Accountability
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Comfortable identifying issues early and escalating when appropriate
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Bluebeam (drawings, RFIs, submittals, logs)
- Exposure to scheduling tools (MS Project, Smartsheet)
- Familiarity with construction accounting workflows
- 3 plus years’ experience with commercial construction
- Understanding of finish materials, selections, and lead times
- Prior field experience (internship, assistant superintendent, or trade background)
- Interest in growing into a Project Manager role
Pay: $50,800.00 - $61,100.00 per year
