The Mission:
We are a fast-growing residential remodeling firm looking for a Project Coordinator who is ready to take a hands-on approach to management and production. You will be the glue that holds our projects together, moving them from the initial design phase through to successful completion.

Key Responsibilities
- Production Management: Work closely with our Designer and subcontractors to transition projects from design concepts into active production.
- Estimating & Sourcing: Support Designers by sourcing materials, obtaining bids/quotes, and placing orders.
- Documentation: Create detailed Scopes of Work and manage project data within Word, Excel, and our CRM software.
- Logistics: Double-check all material orders for accuracy and manage the check-in process upon receipt.
- Communication: Act as a central point of contact to ensure all stakeholders are aligned on deadlines and deliverables.
Required Qualifications
- Experience: 2–5 years of experience in residential construction.
- Subject Matter Expertise: A strong understanding of construction Scopes (specifically kitchens, bathrooms, and additions).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. You should be tech-savvy and eager to learn new software/apps.
- Attention to Detail: You must genuinely enjoy working with spreadsheets and managing the smallest details.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a background in customer service.
- Bonus: Working knowledge of Chief Architect is a significant plus.
