Summary
We are looking for a caring and reliable cook to prepare healthy meals and snacks for children in our center. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cooking, understand basic nutrition for young children following USDA guidelines, and maintain a safe kitchen environment.
We are seeking a responsible bus driver (no CDL required) to safely transport children to and from school following assigned routes and schedules.
Duties
-Prepare and cook USDA approved nutritious meals and snacks for children while maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen
-Manage food inventory and storage
-Follow food safety and hygiene standards
-Accommodate food allergies and special dietary needs.
-Valid drivers license (must be 21yrs old)
-Clean driving record
Requirements
A strong understanding of child development
Excellent leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Infant/child CPR and First-Aid certification
Must clear full background check
Must pass health screening (TB)
Provide Washington State Food Handlers certification
Provide proof of MMR vaccine
Provide High School diploma or GED
Salary : $18 - $20
