We have two licensed childcare and preschool learning facilities located in beautiful homes in Davenport (Between Jersey Ridge and Elmore) (Location 1) and between Eastern and Jersey Ridge (Location 2). We are looking for a Preschool Teacher. If you are a self starter and can remain professional in a home based environment please call/email/ or text for an interview. You would occasionally open and close for vacation or appointment coverage. There is a separate pre-school area as well as a toddler and an infant areas and a large fenced in outdoor play area on half an acre. The age groups we care for are 0-5 years of age.

We would prefer a mature person who can jump in and work and help without always being told what needs to be done. A self starter! Must have energy and be able to work quickly to maintain a peaceful environment. Must be a good cleaner to keep the environment fresh and clean for the health and safety of the children in our care. Must be a multitasker and be vigilant while watching different aged children.

TYPICAL WORK SCHEDULE:

Typical Shift's - Monday-Friday. 6:50/8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. or 2:30-5:30 - or a Split shifts to work both shifts - There is some flexibility in hours. Part-time would work either mornings or afternoons. 6:50 - 12:00 or 8:00 - 12:00

Compensation: Is based on education, degree, work experience or IQ4K experience between 12.00-18.00 an hour.

The candidate will be:

- Responsible and will show up to work on time, at least 10 minutes before scheduled shift.

- Can multi-task to ensure every child's needs are met.

- Manage a peaceful environment.

- The candidate must also maintain professionalism at all times.

- Keep a clean and healthy environment.

-Have good personal hygiene.

Other highly desired qualifications are (We can help you obtain these):

- CPR/ First Aid

- Must be able to pass a fingerprint check

- CDA, or other closely related experience such as babysitting multiple children.
