Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our special education management team. In this role, you will optimize the operational systems and processes of the company, maximize efficiency and profitability, and remain compliant with all legal and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate has an analytical mind, strong leadership and interpersonal skills, which fosters a collaborative work environment, and a proven track record as an Operations Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with Education, Clinical, Facilities coordinators to ensure cohesive operations and address any issues that arise.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies, collaborating with stakeholders as necessary.
  • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and productivity across the organization.
  • Monitor and improve quality standards ensuring that services meet and exceeds standards.
  • Set and monitor key performance indicators.
  • Oversees HR functions, monitors, and addresses issues on the hotline.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field. Masters preferred.
  • 5-10 years' experience in operations management, or a related field, with a proven record of improving processes and managing teams, preferred.
  • Deep understanding of organizational effectiveness and operations management.
  • Ability to analyze financial data and create budgets and financial forecasts.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
  • Knowledge of sound business practices and financial principles.
