- Support sales initiatives by upselling or recommending additional products or financial services such as loans or banking options
- Maintain knowledge of retail math, basic math skills, and financial software to ensure precise transactions
- Handle customer inquiries professionally, resolving issues promptly to ensure satisfaction
- Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, and store cleanliness to create an inviting shopping environment
Experience
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and a positive attitude are key
- Familiarity with banking or financial services enhances ability to explain financial products and loan processing procedures
- Basic math skills including retail math and 10 key typing proficiency are essential for accurate cash handling and transaction processing
