We are currently hiring for multiple pediatric-focused roles, including:
Occupational Therapist (OT)
Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
Licensed Mental Health Counselor / Therapist (LMHC, LCSW, or similar)
Speech Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA)
In these roles, team members support children with developmental, emotional, behavioral, sensory, motor, and communication needs through individualized, evidence-based care. Ideal candidates are compassionate, team-oriented, and committed to helping children thrive.
What You’ll Do
• Conduct assessments and help develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide direct therapeutic services using evidence-based interventions
• Support children in building communication, emotional regulation, daily living, motor, and social skills
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and a multidisciplinary team including speech, occupational, physical, and mental health professionals
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation and patient records
• Monitor progress and adjust care strategies as needed
• Support a positive, clean, and healthy clinical environment

• Relevant licensure, certification, or credentials for the role applied for
• Passion for working with children and families
• Experience with pediatric populations and developmental differences preferred
• Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
• Compassionate, motivated, and growth-minded approach to care
