You will be their guide in life, teaching how to become a better person! We are recruiting for a caring Youth Support Worker to work in a group home setting for adolescent girls who have either been abused, neglected, or have their own legal issues. Pay is $15/hr. Part-time or full-time available:
Sunday 8 am-4 pm and Monday-Thursday 4 pm-midnight
Youth Support Worker Duties and Responsibilities
- Implement the group home’s program policies and procedures
- Redirection of the adolescent girls
- Supervise all activities, meal preparation, group dining activities, chore routines, sleeping, and recreational activities
- Complete thorough documentation on the girls
- Participate in all scheduled staff meetings and training sessions
Youth Support Worker Requirements and Qualifications
- Ability to demonstrate healthy boundaries, sound judgment, and positive relationships
- High school diploma/GED
- Valid driver’s license, proof of auto insurance, and decent driving record
- Willingness to obtain First Aid & CPR certifications
- Must be at least 21 yrs of age
- Ability to pass health screen, extensive criminal background check, and drug test
- Capable of lifting 20 pounds
