Clinical Director for the Authorizations Department

The ideal candidate will be a BCBA or have strong knowledge and experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).Responsibilities:Oversee all aspects of the authorizations process for clinical services.Review documentation to ensure medical necessity and compliance with payer requirements.Collaborate with clinicians and administrative staff to streamline workflows.Provide clinical oversight and ensure accuracy in ABA-related documentation.Develop and refine policies and procedures for the department.Qualifications:BCBA certification or strong background in ABA required.Minimum 1 yeas of experience in behavioral health, insurance authorizations, or clinical operations prefered.Strong understanding of ABA service models and insurance requirements.Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.Compensation & Benefits:Competitive salary based on experience.Leadership role with growth potential.
