What You'll Do
- Represent Verizon Wireless, Broadband, and Home Internet services with professionalism and confidence
- Meet with customers in person to discuss available products, promotions, and service options
- Learn about each customer's needs before recommending the most suitable Verizon solution
- Build trust through clear communication and a customer-first approach
- Complete customer enrollments accurately while ensuring a positive experience
- Stay informed on Verizon products, pricing, and current promotions
- Consistently work toward individual and team sales goals
- Maintain accurate customer records and follow company processes
