Summary:
- We are seeking a Senior Email Campaign Engineer to build, code, test, and deploy targeted email campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC).
- This role partners closely with business stakeholders, marketing teams, and fellow campaign engineers to transform campaign requirements into production-ready email communications.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, code, test, and deploy email campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC).
- Build dynamic email templates using AMPScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Configure and execute Email Studio, Journey Builder, and automated/multi-touch campaigns.
- Review intake forms, translate business requirements, and prepare campaign documentation.
- Coordinate with proofing teams and stakeholders to ensure campaign accuracy before deployment.
- Troubleshoot campaign issues and support ongoing optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced Agile environment.
Required Skills:
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC).
- Strong email coding experience using AMPScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Experience with Email Studio, Journey Builder, and campaign deployment.
- Experience building dynamic and personalized email campaigns.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience supporting enterprise-scale email marketing programs is preferred.
