Summary:
- We are seeking a Salesforce/Seismic Administrator Data Analyst to support Salesforce CRM administration, improve data quality, and partner with business and technology teams to deliver scalable CRM solutions.
- This role combines Salesforce administration with data analysis and governance in an enterprise environment.
Responsibilities:
- Administer and enhance Salesforce CRM using declarative tools.
- Gather and document business requirements and translate them into system solutions.
- Lead Salesforce data hygiene initiatives and maintain data quality standards.
- Manage duplicate prevention, validation rules, and governance processes.
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
- Support production issues, perform root cause analysis, and recommend process improvements.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams in an Agile environment.
Required Skills:
- Hands-on Salesforce Administration experience using declarative tools.
- Experience with the Seismic platform.
- Strong experience with Salesforce data hygiene and governance.
- Strong SQL, data analysis, and relational database knowledge.
- Experience with SOQL, Data Loader, and data modeling.
- Experience working with Snowflake or other cloud data platforms.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
