Job Summary:
The Order Management ERP Specialist is responsible for managing the entire order cycle, including order entry, administration, and shipping. They ensure product availability by coordinating with the production team and resolve order and inventory issues. The role involves providing excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries related to their orders, monitoring order status, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Duties/Responsibilities:
Order Processing: Manage the entire order cycle from receipt to delivery, ensuring that all orders are accurately entered into the system and processed in a timely manner.
Customer Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding their orders, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, date maintenance, and providing updates on order status.
Inventory Coordination: Work closely with inventory management teams to verify product availability and ensure that stock levels are maintained to meet customer demand.
Collaboration with Departments: Coordinate with sales, logistics, and customer service teams to streamline order fulfillment processes and enhance overall customer experience.
Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve any discrepancies or issues that arise during the order fulfillment process, including delivery delays or product availability concerns.
Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all orders and prepare regular reports on order status and inventory levels to inform management and improve processes.
Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure that all orders comply with company policies and procedures, and that quality standards are met before shipment.
Skills and Qualifications:
Strong Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate with customers and internal teams with progress updates and issue resolutions.
Organizational Skills: Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple orders simultaneously.
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with order management software and tools, as well as in depth Knowledge of Dynamics 365 Business Central
Problem-Solving Abilities: Capability to identify issues quickly and implement effective solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite software; Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

Education and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Minimum of 2 years' experience with Dynamics 365 Business Central
