Warehouse Supervisor

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our dynamic team in the Logistics and supply chain industry. As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will play a vital role in overseeing the daily operations of our warehouse facility. You will be responsible for managing and coordinating the activities of warehouse staff to ensure that all operations run smoothly and efficiently. This includes monitoring inventory levels, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and maintaining high standards of productivity. ·         Leadership experience

·         Ability to operate a forklift

·         Computer literate

·         Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word programs

·         Excellent communication skills

·         Basic math skills

·         Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations and ensure smooth workflow

·         Effective communication with team of warehouse staff, providing leadership and training

·         Oversee preparation and verify accuracy of daily paperwork

·         Monitor labor costs and efficiencies to improve profitability

·         Maintain a safe and orderly work environment

·         Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies

·         Develop and implement effective warehouse processes for increased efficiency

·         Collaborate with coworkers to improve overall supply chain performance.

·         First shift Monday through Thursday 5 am to 3:30 pm

·         Second shift Monday through Thursday 3:30 pm to 2 am

·         Third shift Friday, Saturday, Sunday 5 am to 3:30 pm
