Job Description
This individual will be responsible managing residential landscape, hardscape and swimming pool projects. Managing multiple crews on a daily basis to ensure projects are being performed per detailed plans, meeting company quality standards and ensuring time management throughout the projects.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Include but not limited to the following;
- Must be detailed oriented and posses excellent written and oral communication skills
- Materials procurement for projects
- Coordinate projects with designers & architects
- Participate in daily and weekly scheduling meetings
- Perform take offs and set up projects per landscape plans on job sites
- Order picking and staging of job materials
- Inventory of delivered materials to job site
- Coordinating sub contractors for projects and on job sites
- Time management of projects while ensuring a high quality installation and end project
- Work closely with designers and sales team to provide clients with the highest level product and customer service
- Supervision and management of multiple landscape production crews daily
- Processing daily paperwork and job costing
- Proficient with Microsoft office

Experience:
- Landscape & Hardscape Construction : 3 years (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- Drivers license (Required)
