Hybrid Litigation Associate Qualifications
— 5 years of general commercial litigation experience.
— Proven track record independently taking/defending depositions, conducting witness prep, and arguing dispositive/discovery motions in NY state and federal courts.
— Strong academic background and Active New York State Bar admission in good standing
