Hybrid Litigation Associate Qualifications:
- 3 years of demonstrated expertise in business litigation law, including areas such as complex contract disputes, corporate governance, trade secrets, partnership breakups, and commercial risk management.
- Proven track record in a law firm setting, with hands-on experience managing case strategy, drafting substantive motions, taking and defending depositions, and appearing in state and federal court.
- Excellent academic credentials and bar admission in North Carolina.Salary : $155,000 - $190,000
