Commercial Real Estate Transactional Attorney Qualifications
— 5 to 10 years of commercial real estate transactional experience in a mid-to-large law firm.
— Active NJ Bar admission, or NY Bar admission with immediate willingness to waive into NJ.
— Demonstrated success drafting loan documents, PSAs, commercial leases, and managing title review and closings.
