Arbor Terrace Nursing and Rehab is currently seeking a**Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)**to join our dedicated team in providing compassionate and professional care to our residents. This position offers a**$3,000 Sign-On Bonus**and the opportunity to work in a supportive and rewarding environment.
As a Certified Nursing Assistant at Arbor Terrace, you will assist residents with daily living activities and provide high-quality care in a professional, empathetic manner. Your responsibilities will include:
Assisting residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and changing bed linens.
Supporting resident activity programs and preparing residents for meals and snacks.
Assisting residents with eating when needed and recording food intake.
Following daily care plans, performing assigned restorative and rehabilitative procedures, and documenting care provision.
Reporting changes in resident conditions, accidents, and incidents to the charge nurse.
Ensuring safety and sanitation rules are followed, promptly reporting any injuries or violations to the supervisor.
Promoting and complying with resident rights and regulations, fostering positive relationships with residents, visitors, and co-workers.
Assisting with the admission, transfer, and discharge of residents.
Serving as a Transportation Aide when fully trained.
Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
Must be a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in good standing with the State of Texas.
Preferably one year of experience in a healthcare setting.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
