What are the responsibilities and job description for the SMT Supervisor - Second Shift position at SLP Lighting, LLC?
Primary responsibility of this role will be to provide oversight and leadership of 2nd shift machine operators.
Experience operating SMT equipment is a significant advantage, but it is not required.

Daily Focus/Responsibilities:
- Managing to the Production Schedule
- Validating Production Kits & 1st Articles
- Coordinate Problem Solving with SMT Manager
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour - depending upon prior experience
