We are growing and we’re looking for experienced, highly skilled A/C Service Mechanics and Installers to join our team. If you have strong residential HVAC experience and take pride in quality workmanship, we want to hear from you.
This is a union position, Local 355.

Job Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years’ HVAC experience
- A/C service experience in Residential Preferred
- Commercial experience a plus.
- Oil / Gas experience a plus.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Must undergo background check (Having a criminal history does not automatically disqualify anyone from being hired.)
- Must pass drug test
Qualifications:
- Strong troubleshooting and technical skills
- Must be reliable, hard-working and professional
Responsibilities:
- Complete installations efficiently and according to code requirements
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential air conditioning systems
- Perform preventive maintenance and system inspections
- Communicate findings and recommendations to customers
- Ensure all work meets company standards and safety requirements
- Test and verify system performance
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Represent the company professionally at customer homes
