Responsibilities:

• Install, service, and maintain wireless and wired home security systems as well as camera / CCTV systems
• Educate customers on the operation and features of their security systems.
• Evaluate customers' security needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Troubleshoot, test, and ensure all system components are functioning properly.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Deliver a professional, customer-focused experience during every service visit.

Job Requirements:

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (required).
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
• Professional appearance and excellent work ethic.

• Must undergo background check (Having a criminal history does not automatically disqualify anyone from being hired.)
• Must pass drug test 

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 10 years of alarm or security system experience 
• Must be reliable, hard-working, and professional
• Experience with home security or home automation systems is preferred.
• Familiarity with Honeywell, Napco, VISTA Panels, and/or with similar security platforms 
• Basic computer, tablet, and internet skills.
• Strong communication skills and a professional, customer-friendly attitude.
• Must be able to work independently.

Salary / Benefits:

• Competitive salary (weekly pay): $30/hour - $40.00/hour range – depending on experience
