What You'll Do
- Lead and coordinate firm-wide operations across multiple offices and departments
- Partner with firm leadership to improve organizational performance, structure, and scalability
- Develop systems, processes, and accountability measures that support growth and operational excellence
- Drive execution, efficiency, and consistency throughout the organization
- Executive-level operational leadership experience within a law firm
- Proven success overseeing multi-office operations and organizational growth
- Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making abilities
- Experience building scalable systems, improving performance, and driving accountability
- Personal Injury law firm experience strongly preferred
- J.D. not required
