We are seeking a self-motivated Legal Assistant to support our attorneys and ensure efficient case management and daily office operations in Charleston, WV.

What You'll Do• Provide administrative support to attorneys and enhance office effectiveness
• Communicate with clients, witnesses, medical providers, and other parties involved in the case
• Gather, organize, and maintain case-related documentation and information
• Prepare and file legal documents and correspondence
• Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
• Support case progression by maintaining organized files and tracking deadlines
What We're Looking For• Prior experience as a Legal Assistant, Paralegal, or in a similar legal support role within a law firm is REQUIRED (non-negotiable)
• Candidates without prior law firm experience will not be considered
• Personal Injury law firm experience strongly preferred
• Strong organizational and administrative skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Working knowledge of case management software preferred
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Professional judgment and attention to detail
• Spanish proficiency is a plus
