We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to support firm-wide financial operations from our Auburn, Alabama office.

What You'll Do

• Process, review, and verify invoices for accuracy and proper approval across multiple offices

• Manage firm-wide accounts payable

• Reconcile statements and resolve discrepancies

• Track and manage office-related expenses, including rent, utilities, and other operational costs

• Maintain records of outstanding and uncleared payments

• Assist with account reconciliation processes

• Ensure compliance with firm-wide accounting policies

• Respond to internal and external inquiries regarding payment status

• Collaborate with attorneys and administrative staff on expense-related matters

What We're Looking For

• 3 years of accounts payable experience

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks

• Ability to handle confidential financial information with discretion

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
